The Legacy
The Marked Bar & Grill wasn't built from scratch; it was born from the ink. Founded by a long time tattoo artist Jason "Tattoo Ozzy" Norem who spent over 35 years crafting stories on skin, we transformed our heritage shop into a stage for the rebellious. We took the grit of the Poplar Bluff streets and the permanence of the needle to create a space where music, food, and the art of the tattoo collide. This isn't just a bar; it's a continuation of our legacy, a place where every patron is marked by the energy of the night.
